Rights
♡ I have the right to post finished works in my social networks, portfolio.
♡ If you need me to delay the publication of an illustration until a certain date, please let me know in advance.

♡ I will not draw: Mecha, old people, hard architecture.
♡ I will only start the commission once payment is sent.
♡ Once the artwork is finished, I will send you the final files:
·~ High-resolution png and jpeg
·~ Via email or Telegram.
♡ You receive the right to use the artwork for personal use (prints, avatars, wallpapers, etc).
• You may not: claim the artwork as your own, redistribute, sell, alter, or use it for commercial purposes (merch, NFT, etc) without purchasing a commercial license.
♡ Commercial use adds +100% to the price.
♡ Feel free to tell me about any necessary corrections while it's still a sketch. Only minor changes will be accepted after that however drastic changes may cost extra.
♡ As I'm not a native English speaker, visual references are my best friend (and yours too)! Please provide images, screenshots, or mood boards whenever possible. It helps me capture exactly what you have in mind.

Refund Policy
♡ If you cancel before I start sketching: You will receive a full refund.
♡ If you cancel after the sketch is started but before approval: You will receive a partial refund (50%).
♡ If you cancel after the sketch is approved: No refund will be issued, as the work is already in progress.
♡ If I cancel the commission: You will receive a full refund.
♡ No refunds will be given after the final files are delivered.
